The members of St. Paul's can help serve their church through a variety of programs and activities, which are provided through the efforts of our committees. Each committee is led by two members of the congregational council. At present, the following committees exist in St. Paul's:
Child Care -- overseeing the management and concerns of our resident child care facility.
Christian Education -- handling all the details concerning our church's Sunday School program, including our annual Vacation Bible School.
Evangelism -- reaching out to the congregation and the community to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Finance -- handling the fiscal matters of day-to-day church operations.
Property -- caring for the building and grounds that are home to our ministry.
Social Activities-- overseeing the Easter brunch and the social hours which follow some of our worship services and other special events.
Social Ministry -- responsible for different outreach programs in St. Paul's, such as our participation in the annual Ingathering.
Stewardship -- guiding our parishioners in the principles of stewardship, giving their hearts and resources more fully to Christ.
Worship & Music -- arranging the details of our different services and programs.
Youth -- advising and maintaining the church's youth group
St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church
will soon be preparing a slate of nominees for Council to present at the Annual Meeting on April 29, 2012.
